Tein Jack-Rich, President of Belemaoil Group and revered philanthropist, has been enveloped by an outpouring of condolences from Nigeria’s political, traditional, and business elite following the passing of his uncle, Dr. Harrison Tiger.

Vice President Kashim Shettima led the tributes, visiting Jack-Rich’s Port Harcourt residence to express solidarity.
“I’m here to commiserate with Jack-Rich, a friend and a good man devoted to serving humanity,” Shettima said, praising Jack-Rich’s contributions, including boreholes and community empowerment initiatives.
“He is a bridge builder who deserves to be celebrated. May God grant the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.” Shettima’s visit, on behalf of President Bola Tinubu, underscored the national significance of Jack-Rich’s work and the personal impact of Dr. Tiger’s death.

As the Sarkin Ruwan Hausawa, Jack-Rich reflected on the importance of collective strength, stating, “Today is a great outcome, not just for me, but for believers in the movement of our party.
I thank Mr. President, Vice President Shettima, my great friend, and all well-meaning Nigerians—Atiku, Kwankwaso, ambassadors, and lovers of peace—for their support.”
