Former Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero has advised Atletico Madrid fans to learn to appreciate Julian Alvarez’s efforts for the club.
With seven goals and three assists already to his name in the 2025-26 campaign, Alvarez has quickly become one of the standout performers for the Spanish side.
Speaking with TribalFootball, the former Argentina striker dismissed speculation linking Alvarez with Barcelona, encouraging fans to simply appreciate his current performances.

“What Julián has done is extraordinary.
“He’s a player capable of moving all over the pitch, with enormous sacrifice and talent. Atletico should be happy with him, as should the fans.
