The leadership of Progressive Frontiers, a socio-political advocacy group, has reaffirmed its unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, pledging to amplify the administration’s achievements driven by courage, reform, and a steadfast commitment to building a better Nigeria.
Progressive Frontiers (PF) a dynamic, nationwide political support group committed to championing the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the enduring progressive ideals of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The National Convener of the group, Oluyemisi Oshalote, at a press briefing on Thursday in Abuja, commended President Tinubu for his bold leadership and transformative policies, which they described as essential for national development and long-term stability.
She highlighted key reforms across the economic, social, and infrastructural sectors as hallmarks of the administration’s dedication to positive change.
“We stand firmly with the Renewed Hope Agenda because it represents a vision rooted in courage, dedication, and practical reforms,” she said.
“It is a roadmap to a more inclusive and prosperous Nigeria.”
Beyond endorsing the government’s policy direction, the Progressive Frontiers emphasised its mission to foster civic engagement among Nigerians.
The group announced plans to launch awareness campaigns and community outreach initiatives aimed at encouraging citizens to actively participate in governance and policy discourse.
“Our democracy thrives when citizens are not just observers, but active contributors to national development. We are committed to bridging the gap between the government and the governed,” the group stated.
The group called on other civil society organisations, youth groups, and political stakeholders to rally around the administration’s efforts, stressing that nation-building requires unity, dialogue, and shared responsibility.
“In President Tinubu, we see a leader whose bold vision for economic revival, inclusive governance, and generational renewal aligns with the aspirations of millions of Nigerians both home and abroad. From fuel subsidy reforms to renewed investment in infrastructure, from empowering small businesses to social investment, from economic change and restructuring to redefining our place on the global stage, no doubt this administration is laying the groundwork for a truly prosperous Nigeria.
“But progress must not be left to government alone. That is where Progressive Frontiers steps in to mobilize citizens, shape narratives, and hold all stakeholders accountable to the ideals of good governance, equity, and national unity.
“Progressive Frontiers is founded on three core principles: Patriotism, Accountability, and Nation-Building. These are not mere words. They are the guiding lights that shape our mission to serve as a vital bridge between government and the people,” it said.
Meanwhile, North Central Coordinator Femi Stephen Owoaiyi highlighted the program’s aim to bridge the gap between the people and the government.
“There are many things happening in this country that people are aware of, but they have no access to decision-makers.
“Through our program, we aim to bring the people — especially the poor — closer to power, to unite and pursue goals that will benefit the nation,” he said.”
“Our initiative will provide a platform for citizens to express their aspirations and be heard at the highest levels.”
He encouraged Nigerians to be patient and support the group’s objectives, describing Progressive Frontiers as a bridge between the grassroots and the corridors of power.
