Former Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Enugu state, Manfred Nzekwe, has congratulated Governor Peter for dumping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to embrace the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Nzekwe who gave his support to the governor in a congratulatory message, said Mbah’s move was a bold step meant to connect Ndi Enugu to the ‘national grid.’
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on your successful and courageous move from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
“This strategic decision clearly reflects your visionary leadership and deep commitment to the progress and prosperity of Enugu State and the entire South East region.
“Your bold step to align with the government at the centre is not only timely but also demonstrates your determination to secure greater opportunities, partnerships, and development for our people. It is indeed a move driven by wisdom and the genuine desire to connect Enugu State to the national grid of growth and transformation.
“May this new political alignment usher in a new era of unity, progress, and inclusive governance for our dear state. Once again, congratulations, Your Excellency,” the statement read.
