Pharmacist, business consultant, and enterprise transformation leader, Maxwell Ehiano Okogbenin, has been awarded the prestigious National Leading Business Growth and Sustainability Award by the Chartered Institute of Mentoring and Coaching (CIMC), Nigeria.
The honor recognizes his exceptional contributions to business strategy, sustainable enterprise development, and leadership within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Throughout his career, Okogbenin has consistently advanced this philosophy. As an Enterprise Transformation Consultant at Ambassadors Pharmaceuticals Limited, he designed and executed strategies that improved operational efficiency while fostering long-term value creation.
In his role as Chairman of the Board at Kester Pharmacy Limited, he has championed governance frameworks that prioritize ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business practices. His earlier leadership at Savvy Consulting and Makinga Multi-Science Limited further solidified his reputation as a strategist who balances profitability with responsibility.
