Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, announced on Friday, October 10, 2025, that 357 students received First-Class honours at its 20th convocation ceremony.

This is a markup compared to the 334 First Class graduates produced in the 19th convocation.

Professor Timothy Anake, the 6th substantive Vice-Chancellor of the institution, announced at the ongoing 20th convocation held at the institution chapel in Ota.

According to the Vice-Chancellor, 1,649 graduates and 233 postgraduate students from various disciplines were released to celebrate the 20th Release of Eagles, having been determined to have the right character and abilities.
