Lagos will host the grand finale of  VerveLife 8.0, a fitness party on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Eko Convention Centre, Victoria Island, themed “Elev8.”

Verve disclosed that fitness enthusiasts, celebrities, dance instructors, and trainers from Africa are expected to converge at the Eko Convention Centre from 7 a.m:

“In addition to the signature workouts, participants will enjoy a VerveLife weekend experience exclusively open to Verve cardholders, courtesy of Verve and Google Play. The lifestyle integrations will extend into the evening, with the event transitioning into a vibrant afterparty from 7 p.m.”

Divisional Head, Brands, Communications and CSR, Interswitch Group, Tomi Ogunlesi, said: “Over the years, VerveLife has grown beyond just a fitness event into a holistic lifestyle movement.

“We are excited to once again host the grand finale of Africa’s Biggest Fitness Party in Lagos, the Centre of Excellence as a build-up to the famous year-end season. Alongside the support of our partners like Google Play, Interswitch, Quickteller, Hygeia HMO, and Reelfruit, this year’s edition promises a rich and rewarding experience that transcends fitness to touch on every aspect of everyday life.

“The inclusion of Google Play as a partner adds a digital edge, integrating fitness and entertainment with everyday digital experiences. Other key partners include Quickteller, which will power seamless transactions; Hygeia HMO, which will spotlight preventive wellness and health education; Reelfruit, which will provide nutritious dried fruit snacks; and Chery Automobile, the mobility partner, showcasing some of its popular models like the Tiggo and Arrizo.

“Now in its eighth year, VerveLife has grown into one of Africa’s most anticipated lifestyle gatherings, attracting thousands of fitness enthusiasts, brands, and advocates from across the continent.”

Organisers say this year’s edition will raise the bar by fusing fitness, technology, mobility, and wellness to reflect the evolving lifestyles of today’s consumers.
