Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Opeyemi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, has revealed that one of her biggest dreams is to collaborate with Nollywood star and filmmaker Funke Akindele.
She described Akindele as her greatest source of inspiration in the movie industry.
The 23-year-old reality TV star made this known on Tuesday while addressing journalists after receiving her ₦150 million cash prize and a brand-new SUV at the official prize presentation ceremony held in Lagos.

Imisi, who won the hearts of viewers with her expressive personality and acting skills during her time in the Big Brother house, said her experience on the show reignited her love for acting and storytelling.

“I think people saw a lot of my acting side while I was in the house. Even my fellow housemates said I’m a natural actress. I’m ready to do more.
“Funke Akindele is my number one mentor. I really hope to work with her one day. I also admire Bimbo Ademoye and Bolaji Ogunmola, they inspire me a lot,” she said.
Reflecting on her victory, Imisi described the moment as “overwhelming,” adding that she is still trying to process the outpouring of love and support from fans across Nigeria.
When asked about suggestions that ethnic loyalty might have contributed to her win, she responded with honesty and grace:
“Maybe. Yoruba people are very supportive of their own, so that might’ve played a role. But honestly, I believe people connected with my realness and vulnerability.”
The reality star also extended her gratitude to her Celestial Church community for their prayers and encouragement during her time in the BBNaija house. She said she plans to make the most of her newfound fame by pursuing a serious career in entertainment.
“Fame is new to me, but I’m ready to learn and grow. I’ll seek mentorship and be intentional about my next steps,” she concluded.
