The Heal & Sparkle Foundation has announced plans to host “SHE RISES”, a transformative women’s empowerment conference aimed at inspiring healing, building confidence, and guiding women toward purposeful living.
The event, which also marks the official launch of the SHE RISES Self-Inquiry Journal, will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 102 Oduduwa Crescent, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The conference promises a rich lineup of activities including keynote sessions on healing, confidence, and career growth; mental health awareness discussions; self-inquiry exercises; and an exhibition showcasing women-led businesses and wellness brands.
A highlight of the day will be the unveiling of the SHE RISES Self-Inquiry Journal, a guided tool designed to help women navigate self-discovery, empowerment, and long-term personal growth.
Adding a unique touch, the event will also feature a celebratory segment honoring August-born attendees in recognition of what the organizers call women’s “rebirth” into their power.
Speaking on the vision behind the conference, Convener Modupe Nnebedum emphasized the movement’s mission:
“SHE RISES is more than an event, it’s a movement. We’re creating a space where women heal deeply, own their stories, and step boldly into their purpose.
The launch of our Self-Inquiry Journal will extend this journey beyond the conference, offering every woman a personal roadmap to her greatness.”
The foundation has called on women across sectors, wellness advocates, entrepreneurs, and corporate organizations to join the movement.
