“No aspirant will be denied the opportunity to test their popularity and acceptability among members,” he stated.

He further revealed that arrangements were being finalised for the compilation of delegates’ lists, stressing that the process would be credible, transparent, and free from manipulation.

“We are working diligently to ensure that every delegate is properly registered and that their votes reflect the true voice of our members,” Fintiri added.

Fintiri also called on party stakeholders to maintain unity and avoid internal conflicts that could undermine the PDP’s image ahead of the convention.

“It is crucial that we resolve any disagreements amicably and work together. Our unity is the bedrock of our party’s success,” he said.

“The success of this convention depends on our collective commitment and teamwork,” he added, urging all members to cooperate and support the preparations.

He further emphasised, “We want a convention that will set a benchmark for democracy in Nigeria. Every member’s participation is important, and their voices will be heard.”
