Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo believes Estevao William is gradually displaying his true potential in the Premier League.
His dramatic injury-time winner against Liverpool was some way to open his Chelsea account, and Caicedo in a chat with the club’s website explained why the young Brazilian deserved that magical moment.
“It’s a great feeling that Estevao scored, he is doing a great job here. We are happy with him.
“You can see on the pitch, even in training, he is so good, he is showing his quality. We have tried to help him because the Premier League is so different and he’s making an impact here. We are so happy with him here.”

Caicedo’s goal in the Liverpool win was a rocket from outside the box, and the midfielder has revealed that he made scoring goals like that one his aim for the season.
“I’m just working for sure, I want to score goals to help the team, it was a great goal. I told myself this season I had to score goals from outside and I did it.”
Despite disappointing results against Brighton & Hove Albion and Manchester United, Chelsea are only five points behind league leaders Arsenal.
