Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda has officially dropped his sophomore studio album, Sanity, offering a 16-track project to his eagerly awaiting fans.
The album was released on all major streaming platforms in the early hours of Friday.
To mark the release, Shmurda shared a heartfelt message with his team and fans on his Instagram page.

“Sanity is finally here. This one is from my heart to yours. Thank you to everyone who made this possible and to every fan that’s been riding with me since day one,” he wrote.
“We’ve been through high and lows together, and this album is for the healing, the growth and the journey ahead. Sit tight, ride with me. Album out now.”
Sanity features an impressive and diverse roster of guest artists, spanning different generations and musical genres.
The album features collaborations with Fuji legend Kwam 1, Apala maestro Musiliu Ishola, and a range of contemporary African artists, including Ghana’s King Promise and Nigeria’s Seyi Vibez, CKay, Joshua Baraka, Fola, TI Blaze, and Kunmie.
The album’s tracklist presents a variety of sounds and moods, featuring songs such as “Appraisal,” “Verily,” “Turn Me On,” the title track “Sanity,” “Holy Jay,” “Mandalene,” “Bounce,” “Fuji Fusion,” “Apala Fusion,” “Bygone,” “Pretty Girl,” “Dangbana Riddim,” “From God,” “My Gee,” “Pain,” and “Family.”
Born Akinyibi Ahmed, the singer began his music career in 2019 with the hit single “Vision 2020.”
He rose to widespread fame in 2020 with the release of “Cash App,” a single featuring Zlatan Ibile and Lincoln.
The success of the song earned Shmurda a nomination in the “Next Rated” category at the 14th edition of The Headies.
He followed up with his debut album, Hypertension, in 2022.
