Key members of opposition African Democratic Congress (ADC) met in Abuja, on Thursday.

The party, which is warming up to give the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) a tough fight in 2027, has been very critical of the current administration.

Among those who attended the meeting were former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, ex-Governor Nasiru El-Rufai, former Minister Isa Pantami; ex-Senate President David Mark, Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal and former Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed, a strong ally of ex-Senate President Bukola Saraki.
