At least 25 Palestinians were reportedly killed on Monday morning following a series of Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian media outlets citing local medical sources.

The reported casualties have not been independently verified. Both Hamas authorities in Gaza and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have yet to release official statements regarding the incidents. However, the IDF confirmed that it is currently reviewing the reports.

Palestinian media reported that an overnight drone strike in Deir al-Balah, located in central Gaza, hit a tent sheltering displaced families. The attack allegedly killed five people, including a one-year-old infant and two children aged 12 and 13.

Another strike in Deir al-Balah on Monday morning reportedly claimed the lives of an additional five people. Meanwhile, in southern Gaza’s Khan Younis, local outlets reported that eight more individuals were killed in a separate airstrike.

The rising death toll comes as intense fighting continues across the enclave, with international mediators still pushing for a potential ceasefire agreement to halt the violence.
