A lady expresses displeasure after discovering that her birthday photoshoot picture was used on the studio’s advertisement poster without her permission.
In the video shared online, the lady @d_random_girl mentioned that she booked a session to capture her birthday photos and was unaware that the studio would later feature her image on a large advert banner to promote their photography services.
She was concerned that her photo was used publicly without her consent. Although the photo came out nicely, she would have appreciated it if the studio had sought her permission before hanging her image on their studio’s building for advertisement.
The situation elicited mixed reactions; some found it funny and harmless, while others pointed out that the photographer owned the picture, emphasizing that it was his intellectual property.

@unboxedperfume_mart O ti lo… the photographer owns the picture legally. It is his/her intellectual property and can use as he/she fits excepts they waived the rights through a contract, which I doubt is the case here.
