Sowore Sues DSS After Calling Tinubu A ‘Criminal’ + Dangote Reacts To Business Criticism – Trending With Ojy Okpe

The Department of State Services has filed a five-count charge against Omoyele Sowore for calling President Tinubu a “criminal” on social media.

DSS is also naming X Corp and Meta as co-defendants for not removing the content despite official demands.

In response, Sowore filed a counter-lawsuit against the DSS, Meta, and X Corp, challenging what he calls unconstitutional censorship of his social media posts and defending free speech under Nigeria’s Constitution.
