Former Big Brother Naija star and media personality, Tacha, has criticised content creator Scott Iguma for his comments about poor drainage in a highbrow area in Lagos, where properties are reportedly sold for billions of naira.
Tacha accused Iguma and other content creators of hypocrisy, arguing that they constantly focus on Lagos as if it is the only state with infrastructural challenges, while ignoring similar issues in their own regions.
She urged them to showcase “highbrow” areas in their states instead.

“All these content creators! Everyday Lagos state Lagos state! One will think ‘Lagos state’ is the only state in Nigeria. Oyah post ‘highbrow’ area in your own state and you’ll be nowhere to be found… doubt you even know who your local govt chairman is… sighs,” she wrote on her X page on Monday, reacting to Iguma’s criticism of the area’s drainage system.
The controversy follows recent claims by some influencers and entertainers about Lagos State’s living conditions, which have sparked debates online.
