Irish whiskey maker Jameson is set to bring its signature Distillery on Tour (JDOT) back to Lagos from 26 September to 1 October, promising a vibrant mix of music, fashion and creative experiences.

For nearly a week, Orange Island in Lekki Phase 1 will transform into an open-air festival ground where art installations, nostalgic games and live performances meet the brand’s 245-year whiskey heritage.

The programme unfolds like a story. It opens on 26 September with WAF & Street Souk After Dark, an evening of skating culture, pop-up fashion and DJ sets.

The next day, MIA & Vogue Boys blends retro gaming, water-park fun and catwalk energy with standout music performances.

On 28 September, Afrovibes will take over with a more intimate, street-style live concert inspired by Lagos’ busking traditions.

The following day will see a brief intermission dubbed Distillery Doors Shut before the action resumes on 30 September with Afro Jam, a showcase of all-female musical talent created in partnership with Deeds magazine.

The grand finale arrives on 1 October, when the Mainland Block Party coincides with Nigeria’s Independence Day for a city-wide music celebration.

Beyond the stage, guests can step inside a Jameson “mini-distillery,” where guided tastings, cocktail-making workshops and storytelling sessions will connect the craft of Irish whiskey to Lagos’ contemporary vibe.

Limited-edition Jameson merchandise will also be on sale as keepsakes.
