Liam Hemsworth is engaged to Gabriella Brooks, the couple confirmed on Friday, September 12. 

Brooks announced the news on Instagram, sharing a carousel of photos, including one showing her arms around Hemsworth with a diamond ring on her left hand, a sunlit ocean view, and a close-up of her hand displaying the ring.

The couple, who have been together since December 2019 and went Instagram official in June 2021, have maintained a largely private relationship. Engagement rumors surfaced last month when Brooks was seen wearing a ring on her left hand while in Ibiza, Spain.

This will be Hemsworth’s second marriage. He previously tied the knot with singer Miley Cyrus in December 2018 after nearly a decade of on-and-off dating. Their marriage ended less than a year later.

Fans of the couple have congratulated them on the news, marking a new chapter in the actor’s personal life as he prepares to marry Brooks.
