LAGOS – Fokesproperty, a fast-growing Nigerian real estate firm, has rewarded its outstanding realtors for their contributions in August while announcing the reopening of sales in its flagship Olive City Estate series.
The recognition was handed out by the company’s Head of Business, Oparaeke Daniel, who described the gesture as part of the firm’s culture of celebrating consistency and impact. “Our partners are the lifeblood of our business.
Their passion and commitment bring our vision to life in communities across Nigeria,” he said.
The reopening of sales focuses on Olive City, Moniya, Ibadan, which sits in a rapidly developing corridor with increasing infrastructural projects.
The company says the estate provides affordable investment opportunities with strong potential for appreciation.
In addition to Moniya, the Olive City brand is also being reintroduced in Orile-Imo, Ogun State. Both projects are planned with modern features such as green parks, road networks, drainage, and gated security, aimed at creating sustainable and community-driven residential spaces.
Allocation activities for the Moniya estate are scheduled for this month, with the firm urging investors to take advantage of introductory prices before further development increases value.
According to Daniel, Fokesproperty’s long-term goal is to establish Olive City estates in all 36 states by 2030.
“We are not just selling land; we are building futures and empowering people,” he said.
