Reigning Club World Cup champions, Chelsea played out a goalless draw against Crystal Palace in Sunday’s Premier League game at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea survived an early scare when Crystal Palace had an Eberechi Eze goal controversially disallowed by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) because Palace defender Marc Guehi was within one meter of Chelsea’s wall when the free-kick was taken.

However, the Blues struggled to create anything before the break and could well have been behind.

Chelsea will next face West Ham on Friday, while Palace will host Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
