Braga striker Pau Victor says his decision to leave Barcelona is due to the arrival of Marcus Rashford.
Just as Rashford had signed on loan from Manchester United, Victor left for Sporting Braga.
The young forward, who struggled for game time last season, joined SC Braga in a deal worth €12 million.
In a recent interview with Jijantes, Victor explained his decision to leave Barcelona this summer while also talking about his former manager, Hansi Flick.

“I felt very loved during my time at Barça, and when I left, they gave me a lot of affection. With Rashford’s arrival, it was very difficult for me to play this year.”
Victor also said: “The manager (Hansi Flick) was always very clear with me when I wasn’t playing. He worried about me, asking me how I was feeling. I don’t have a single complaint about him.
“When I left, I sent him a message thanking him for everything last year. He was like a father to us.”
