Nigeria’s D’Tigers lost by 69 – 55 points ro Guinea in their second group game at the 2027 FIBA World Cup qualification tournament in Tunisia on Saturday.

D’Tigers went into the contest hoping to bounce back from their opening fixture which they lost 88 – 78 to Tunisia after overtime on Thursday.

Guinea edged out D’Tigers in all the four quarters to emerge winners.

The Guineans took the first quarter 22 – 16 before also taking the second quarter 26 – 35.

In the third quarter Guinea won it by 52 – 41 to wrap up the tie by 69 points to 55.
