Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan booked her place in the semifinals of women’s 100m Hurdles, at the 2025 Tokyo World Championships.
Amusan easily won heat 6 with a time of 12.53s to advance to the next round.
In second place was Bahamas athlete, Devynne Charlton who returned in a time of 12.69s while Italy’s Elena Carraro was third with a time of 12.86s.
Meanwhile, on Saturday Nigerian duo of Kanyinsola Ajayi and Israel Okon will compete in the men’s 100m semi-finals later today (Sunday).
